April is National Pet Month and the 4^th graders spent time learning about researching different types of pets. We talked about why it is important to research a pet before getting one and how many pets end up in shelters because their owners can not care for them. Some students brought in pictures of their own pets and talked about how they take care of their pets. From Cornbread the corn snake to Cubby the Pomeranian, we learned a lot about different types of pets!
