The 4th graders wish you…
“Best wishes and
congratulations. Have a prosperous and
good year!”
2009
- Year of the Ox
We celebrated Chinese New Year by learning
about the Chinese Zodiac and making our own “fortune cookies”. The 1st graders came to our
classroom and we taught them what we know about the zodiac, fortune cookies,
pandas, dragons, and showed them “artifacts” from
Our
Chinese New Year Board
Students
helped to decorate this board in our classroom.
The symbols stand for the words “Gung Hay Fat Choy”!
